For joint accounts, each account holder must sign at the bottom of necessary pages.
An additional copy for the Customer Information page and the Account Application
Form is required for each account holder of a joint account. As
a corporate account, please provide with the following:
- The authorized individual (Corporation Director) must
complete and sign all necessary pages of the Trading Agreement, including
Customer Information, FX Agreement, and the Risk Disclosure Acknowledgment.
- Corporate
Resolutions (2 pages of Trading Agreement). Please be sure to affix corporate
seal of Corporation. Also, be sure to the Personal Guarantee as an individual
guarantor is signed.
- Corporate documents,
including (a) Certificate of Incorporation and (b) Articles of Organization for
Corporation indicating authorized director(s) of the corporate entity.
- A
letter from Corporation signed by its director(s) stating that the Trader has
all rights to transact business on behalf of the corporation.
- Limited
Power of Attorney naming the Trading Agent if the director is not trading the
account himself. The Trading Agent should also complete a copy of the last page
of the Trading Agreement, titled "Account Application Form."

Please
be sure to type or clearly print your E-mail address on the Account Application
Form as this will be the medium used to contact you following the receipt of the
application. Trading Agreement: Account applications are evaluated immediately
after being received. will contact the trader within one business day of
receiving the application. To open an account, a minimum initial deposit of $2,000
is required by check or wire transfer. Funds received by wire are placed in the
account within one business day. Certified checks and cashier's check are also
deposited in the account within one business day. Personal checks may take
up to 10 business days to clear depending on the bank, state of origin, and amount.
Once funds are placed in a new account, provides login information to the
trader via email. Upon logging into the account, please note the four digit account
ID # which must be used on all correspondence to .

Accounts Option If your corporation wishes to employ another individual
(account manager) to trade on behalf of the corporate entity, a Limited Power
of Attorney Form must be completed indicating the account manager who will be
assigned the necessary permissions as the "trading agent."
